Terms of use
These terms cover using XIG Learn and having an account. Paid access is not on sale yet; the terms of sale will be added here before it is. Last updated 5 October 2026.
Who runs XIG Learn
XIG Learn is run by XIG Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 58 684 707 266, at learn.xig.com.au. In these terms, "we" means XIG Australia Pty Ltd. Questions go to support@xig.com.au; privacy requests to privacy@xig.com.au.
An independent course
XIG Learn prepares people for the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCAR-F) exam. It is independent, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude", "Anthropic" and the certification names belong to Anthropic and are used here only to name the exam. The exam's fees, eligibility and rules are Anthropic's and can change.
Your account
An account belongs to one person, and your email address is the account. You need to be 18 or over. Signing in only needs a code sent to that address, so keep your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
What a free account includes
All of Domain 1: its lessons, revision sheets, reference tabs, drills and audio. If what a free account includes ever changes, the change is posted on the What changed page first.
Using the course fairly
The course is for your own study. Please do not share your account, copy or republish the course, resell it, or collect it with automated tools.
Do not try to get round the sign-in, the limits on it, or the parts of the course an account does not include.
The course contains no real exam questions, and must not. Never send us exam content, in notes or otherwise; the exam's rules forbid sharing it.
Accuracy
The course is written from Anthropic's public documentation and the public exam guide, checked, and dated. It can still contain mistakes, and Anthropic changes its products; when we find a change or a mistake, the lesson is updated and the What changed page records it. The course does not guarantee that you will pass.
Notes you leave
If your account can leave notes on the course, you agree that we can use them to improve it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing it or copying the course, and we will email the reason. If we ever close the course itself, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email.
Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with a new date. If a change takes anything away from account holders, we email them at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account before it does.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law where you live, that cannot be excluded. Apart from those rights, the free course is provided as it is.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. That does not take away any consumer protection you have where you live.
